If you had an account with us that you chose to deactivate but want to come back to Perpay, you can reach out to our Success Team with the email associated with your account, and we’re happy to get you back up and running.
Please note that you cannot reactivate your account through your Perpay profile. Please reach out to our Customer Success Team using the email associated with your account by emailing hello@perpay.com.
Deactivation
Need to deactivate? Click View Profile & complete the following steps:
Click Cancel My Account at the bottom of the page
Select your reason for cancellation
Click Cancel
Your account will automatically be canceled, and you will lose access to your Perpay profile, including your Spending Limit, order history, etc.
Please note that you will not be able to cancel your account if there is an outstanding balance, an active cash balance, or any unresolved issues. In these cases, please contact the Success Team for further assistance.
