A return form and return label are required for each individual item. A refund will not be issued in full if multiple items are returned under one return label.

Jewelry that has been used or worn
Any furniture, mattress or freight item after it has left the manufacturer warehouse, regardless of buyer's remorse or size constraints
Any used electronic or musical items that have been removed from original packaging (unless damaged or defective)
Mouth-Blown Instruments, mouthpieces, harmonicas and drumsticks
Any tire that has been mounted
All pet food & specific treats

Most non-personal & non-furniture products within 30 days of delivery, including consoles
Most unused items in their full original packaging with factory seal still in place
Must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery. Please inspect your order once it has arrived.
For all returns (unless the item arrived damaged or defective): Customer is responsible for the original shipping cost, a $10 return shipping fee, and a 5% restocking fee on all returned items. Your account will be credited the remaining balance once the item has been confirmed as received.
If you changed your mind about your item or need a different size, go through our returns process to receive a refund, then place another order for the item you want instead.
