Next-generation consoles have extended shipping timeframes. Be sure to check the shipping timeframe for your console, which you can find listed on the console’s item page on the Perpay Shop.

Console orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. If you see the item available on the Perpay Shop, that means the item is in stock and available for ordering. Please note, consoles are not reserved until your order enters our shipping process and is in a current status.

Orders enter our shipping process after the first payroll payment is made. While your console is processing for shipment, we will continue to receive your scheduled payroll payments. Missed or late payments can result in the removal of your console from the shipping process.
