We’re so sorry to hear this! If any items arrive damaged upon delivery, or the item appears to be defective, please contact our Operations Team to discuss the issue immediately, no more than 24-48 business hours upon receiving the item! This is a time sensitive matter.

If the package appears to be physically damaged upon delivery by carrier, please reject immediately if you have the opportunity to do so. 

In the event that the package was left and could not be rejected, please be prepared to provide photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging*, with a clear explanation of the issue. This will help us to process a damage claim and replace your item as soon as possible!

Account holders are not responsible for return shipping costs if an item is delivered in a damaged or defective condition. 

* Damage Claims cannot be filed without proper photo documentation of the packaging and shipping label, as they will not be accepted by the carrier or manufactuer. DO NOT throw away any packaging if your item arrives damaged.
