Understanding Your Perpay Credit Card Statement

Your Perpay credit card statement provides a summary of your account activity for each billing cycle, including your balance, payments, purchases, and due date information.

Where to Find Your Credit Card Statement

To view or download your statements:

  1. Log in to your Perpay account.

  2. Navigate to your Dashboard.

  3. Click on the Card section.

  4. Scroll down until you see Statements.

  5. Select any statement to open or download it.


Important Statement Information

Your statement due date is assigned when your account is opened and cannot be changed.

Your statement balance is calculated using the following formula:

Remaining balance from previous period + New purchases + Fees − Payments made toward your card


How to Read Your Credit Card Statement

What You Owe

  • New Balance: The total amount currently owed on your card.

  • Minimum Payment: The smallest amount you must pay this month to keep your account in good standing.

    • Be sure to make your payment by the due date to avoid possible late fees.

How Your Balance Changes

Your balance may increase or decrease each month based on account activity:

  • Payments and refunds lower your balance.

  • New purchases, fees, and interest increase your balance.

Your Credit Limit

  • Credit Limit: The maximum amount you are allowed to spend on your card.

  • Available Credit: The remaining amount you can spend before reaching your limit.

Your Payments

  • This section shows all payments made during the billing cycle. Each payment reduces the total amount you owe.

Your Purchases

This section lists all purchases made with your card during the billing cycle, including:

  • Merchant/store name

  • Purchase date

  • Purchase amount

Review this section each month to make sure all charges are accurate and recognizable.
