Perpay Marketplace Eligibility Requirements

General Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must be a U.S. resident

  • Active mobile phone with a US cellular carrier (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.)

    • We are not able to verify Voice over IP (VoIP) or an "electronic" numbers such as Smart Talk, AirTalk, WhatsApp, etc.

  • No active bankruptcies

  • In good standing with all financial obligations

  • Valid mailing address

Employment Requirements

  • Actively maintain full-time, W-2 employment within the United States*

  • 3+ months of continuous employment history with your current employer

Please note, we are currently not able to approve Marketplace orders from independent contractors (1099 workers), gig-economy workers (DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, Walmart Spark, GoPuff, Amazon Flex, etc.), or self-employed individuals (unless you own a company that pays you through a third party payroll system).

*SSI/SSDI and VA income are accepted as well for the Perpay Marketplace. For more information, please contact our team or refer to the article here.

Payment Requirements

  • Paid via direct deposit through a third-party payroll system

  • Able to split your paycheck to a secondary direct deposit account*

Please note: we will not be able to accept payments via debit card, credit card, or ACH bank payment to release Marketplace orders for shipment.

Marketplace orders are non-recourse. The only consequence of failing to make all agreed Marketplace order payments is potentially losing access to the Marketplace to place future orders.
