Perpay requires your first minimum direct deposit from your paycheck in order to open your credit card account and ship out your credit card. Once set up, this deposit will be sent on your next pay day!

You can set up your direct deposit by logging into your payroll portal directly from your Perpay account.

If you are unable to set up your deposit through your Perpay account, please contact the payroll department of your employer to update your direct deposit.

After your first minimum direct deposit amount is received, the credit card will be delivered to your address on file. Most credit cards are received within 5-10 days, but can take up to 15 days.

When you receive your credit card in the mail, go to perpay.com/activate to activate your credit card. You can also scan the QR code provided in your credit card envelope.

After this, just follow the instructions provided to complete activation and your credit card will be all set to use!

After your credit card is received in the mail and activated, you will be able to add it to your digital wallet. Unfortunately, at this time, a digital credit card is not available prior to physically receiving and activating your credit card.

If your credit card was lost, stolen, or damaged, please reach out to the Perpay Customer Success Team either by email (card-support@perpay.com) or over the phone at 866-953-0189. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 9am-9pm EST, Saturdays from 10am-3pm EST.

Replacement credit cards are typically delivered within 5-10 days of your request, but can take up to 15 days. Once received, you can go to perpay.com/activate to activate your new credit card and start using it.
