I accepted my credit card offer. When will my card ship?

Perpay requires your first minimum direct deposit from your paycheck in order to open your credit card account and ship out your card. Once set up, this deposit will be sent on your next pay day!

You can set up your direct deposit by logging into your payroll portal directly from your Perpay account.

If you are unable to set up your deposit through your Perpay account, please contact the payroll department of your employer to update your direct deposit.

How long will it take to arrive once my card ships?

After your first direct deposit meeting your total minimum amount is received, the card will be delivered to your address on file. Most cards are received within 5-10 days, but can take up to 15 days.

When can I start using my card?

When you receive your card in the mail, go to perpay.com/activate to activate your card. You can also scan the QR code provided in your card envelope.

After this, just follow the instructions provided within your account to complete activation and your card will be all set to use!

Do you have a digital card?

After your card is received in the mail and activated, you will be able to add it to your digital wallet. Unfortunately, at this time, a digital card is not available prior to physically receiving your card.

I need a replacement card. How does this process work?

If your card was lost, stolen, or damaged, please reach out to our Credit Card Support Team over the phone. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 9am-9pm ET, Saturdays from 10am-3pm ET.

Replacement cards are typically delivered within 5-10 days of your request, but can take up to 15 days. Once received, you can go to perpay.com/activate to activate your new card and start using it.
