How do I close my credit card account?
We are sorry to hear that you would like to close your account!
To close your account, please reach out to us via chat, email, or by calling the number on the back of your card. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 9am-9pm EST, Saturdays from 10am-3pm EST. Once closed, you will receive a confirmation email with more information.
How do payments work if my credit card is closed?
Please know that you are responsible for any outstanding balance on your credit card and charges like interest and fees may still apply.
Can I reopen my closed account?
Once your Perpay Credit Card account has been closed, it is unable to be reopened.
