Returning an Item

Our general return policy

If your item fits within these guidelines, please reach out to our Success Team via live chat to request a return, or fill out our return form here.

A return form and return label are required for each individual item. A refund will not be issued in full if multiple items are returned under one return label.

Please review the description on your item’s product page for its specific return policy.

Damage Claims:

  • Must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery. Please inspect your order once it has arrived.

Important Notes:

For all returns (unless the item arrived damaged or defective): Customer is responsible for the original shipping cost, a $10 return shipping fee, and a 5% restocking fee on all returned items. Your account will be credited the remaining balance once the item has been confirmed as received.

Exchanges:

If you changed your mind about your item or need a different size, go through our returns process to receive a refund, then place another order for the item you want instead.
