Active mobile phone with a US cellular carrier (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.)
We are not able to verify Voice over IP (VoIP) or an "electronic" numbers such as Smart Talk, AirTalk, WhatsApp, etc.
No active bankruptcies
In good standing with all financial obligations
Employment Requirements
Actively maintain full-time, W-2 employment within the United States*
3+ months of continuous employment history with your current employer
Please note, we are currently not able to accept orders from independent contractors (1099 workers), gig-economy workers (DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, Walmart Spark, GoPuff, Amazon Flex, etc.), or self-employed individuals (unless you own a company that pays you through a third party payroll system).

Payment Requirements
Paid via direct deposit through a third-party payroll system
Able to split your paycheck to a secondary direct deposit account*
Please note: we will not be able to accept payments via debit card, credit card, or ACH bank payment to release orders for shipment.
