Help your friends get the products they want with stress-free payments they'll love. Invite your friends, family, or co-workers using your personalized referral link, and we'll give them a credit towards their first Marketplace order. You'll receive a credit in your Perpay account as soon as they make their first qualifying direct deposit payment*!

What happens next?

You'll get a confirmation email once your friend completes their sign-up. As soon as their first qualifying direct deposit payment* toward their Marketplace order is received, you'll see a credit in your account!

How do I refer my friends to Perpay?

From your Perpay dashboard, select the menu icon in the top right corner. From there, select the option that says Invite & Get $80. You will find your referral code on that page.

You can also go straight there by clicking this link. Send your referral link to your friends and make sure that they use that link when signing up for the Perpay Marketplace so you both receive your credits.

Anything else I should know?

After referring a friend, the referral credit will apply automatically to your next qualifying Marketplace purchase after we receive your referral's first qualifying direct deposit payment. Please check the credit terms to determine the order minimum required to apply the credit. You can do so by checking your “Rewards and Credits” section at the bottom of your dashboard.

The referral credit will become active on your referred friend's profile after clicking the referral link and will automatically apply to their next qualifying Marketplace order.

Please note: Credits may stack and may be applied automatically to any qualifying order. If you receive multiple referral credits, partial credit usage may result in the full value being lost. For example, if your Marketplace order costs less than your available credit, you will not get the remaining credit back after that order is placed.

What should I do if I do not get the referral credit?

Great question! There are a couple of troubleshooting steps you can take:

  1. Check to see that your friend used your referral link.

  2. Make sure that the person you referred made their first direct deposit to their Perpay account on a new Marketplace order.

Please know that the customer referring a friend to Perpay will only receive their credit once we have received the referred friend's first qualifying direct deposit payment*. Please first check in with them to see if they have made the first direct deposit payment on their account.

If you believe you should have gotten credit on your account, please reach out to our Customer Success Team within 30 days of your referred friend signing up. Please be ready to provide the name and email of your referral. Our team would be happy to look into this for you!

Referral Credit Terms

“Marketplace Referral Credits” are redeemable solely on new Perpay Marketplace orders. Marketplace Referral Credits cannot be withdrawn. Perpay may change the Marketplace Referral Credit amount or minimum for new referrals at any time.

The referred customer who registered the new account must be a new Perpay member and not an existing or returning member. Perpay will determine in our sole discretion whether the customer is a new customer.

Perpay reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether or not you have successfully met all the criteria to avail the Rewards under the Perpay Referral Program.

We may void your referral credits, terminate your eligibility to earn referral credits, or terminate your account, or the accounts of Perpay members you refer, if you or they take any of the following actions, but not limited to:

  1. Engage in any activity that, in Perpay’s sole discretion, is abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with the intended use of the Perpay Referral Program;

  2. Refer customers using spam, display advertising, sponsored links, or unsolicited emails;

  3. Use false names, impersonate other people, or otherwise provide false or misleading information to us;

  4. Offer any monetary or non-monetary incentive (e.g. gifts, discounts, favors) to others to register new accounts;

  5. Violate these terms or any other of Perpay’s terms and conditions in any way; or

  6. Participate in the Perpay Referral Program if doing so would be prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations.

*A “Qualifying Direct Deposit Payment” means a payroll deposit that meets all of the following criteria:

  1. Source of Payment. The payment must be issued through a third-party payroll processing system or service utilized by the customer’s W-2 employer. Manual transfers, peer-to-peer payments, or other non-payroll deposits do not qualify. Additionally, payments from 1099, contractor, self-employment, or other non-W-2 income sources are not considered Qualifying Direct Deposit Payments.

  2. Account Holder Verification. The payment must be made in the name of the account holder associated with the Perpay account. Deposits made in the name of any other individual or entity, including but not limited to a spouse, family member, or business, do not qualify.

  3. Application to Order and Minimum Amount. The payment must successfully apply to the user’s active Perpay order and meet or exceed the minimum required deposit amount as determined by Perpay for eligibility under the applicable program terms

Perpay reserves the right to in its sole discretion determine if a payment is a qualifying direct deposit payment.
