If you have a Perpay Marketplace account and a Perpay Credit Card account, as issued by Celtic Bank, we will inform you of the total minimum payroll direct deposit amount to cover both active Marketplace orders and to keep your Perpay Credit Card active.

You only need to have one payroll direct deposit to Perpay to cover both active Marketplace orders and your Perpay Credit Card. As long as your direct deposit amount is set up for the total required direct deposit amount or higher, you're all set!

Perpay does not have the ability to change or cancel any direct deposit amount sent from your employer or payroll provider. Only you can direct your employer or payroll provider to change or cancel your direct deposit amount sent to your Perpay account.

Your required direct deposit amount for the Perpay Credit Card is what you are required to send to Perpay through direct deposit each pay period to keep your credit card active. This amount may be different from the minimum payment due identified on your monthly billing statement.

Making only the minimum payment amount as identified on your monthly billing statement may be less than the required direct deposit amount. If your required direct deposit amount is not received by your payment due date, then your credit card may be suspended until a qualifying direct deposit is completed.

Your direct deposit amount for the Perpay Marketplace is what you are required to send to Perpay through direct deposit each pay period to remain eligible to submit orders on the Marketplace.

Your direct deposit amount is based on the total across all active Marketplace orders and the repayment schedule you selected for each order.

Marketplace orders are non-recourse. The only consequence of failing to make all agreed Marketplace order payments is potentially losing access to the Marketplace to place future orders.

Your Perpay Credit Card is prepared for shipment once we receive the required payroll direct deposit amount assigned to you.

Your Marketplace order(s) is prepared for shipment as soon as we receive the required payroll direct deposit amount assigned to you, with certain orders eligible for different shipping options based upon setting up your payroll payment.
