What to do if your Ashley Furniture item is damaged or missing parts upon delivery

If your Ashley Marketplace order arrives damaged or is missing parts, don’t worry! We are here to help.

The fastest way to get this taken care of is by visiting the Ashley Furniture Parts Site. On this website, you can pick out the exact parts you would like replaced for your item.

To look up the parts you may need, you will need to obtain the Ashley Model and Serial numbers, which can be found on the bottom right-hand side on the first page of your Assembly Manual that came with your Marketplace order. Your Assembly Manual also contains the part numbers for any parts you’re looking to have replaced.

Once you have confirmed and selected which parts you’d like replaced, proceed to the Shipping Details section on the Ashley Furniture website, and make sure that your shipping address is the same as the shipping address used on your initial Marketplace order.

Review to ensure all the info you provided on the Ashley Furniture website is correct, then simply submit your replacement parts order!

Once completed, an order number will be provided by Ashley Furniture for your replacement parts order. Please keep a record of the replacement parts order number as you will need it to track your package.
