When will my Marketplace order ship?

How to find the shipping timeframe and tracking information for your Perpay Marketplace order.

After your Marketplace order gets approved:

  1. Your order begins preparing for shipment as soon as we receive your first qualifying direct deposit payment on your next payday. If your order qualifies for Active Shipping, your item may begin processing for shipment as soon as your order is approved.

  2. Tracking information will become available within the expected ship time listed on your item’s product details page. You can find the specific shipping time frame for an item below the product name. An example Product Page is provided below.

  3. Once your order ships, delivery usually occurs within 3-5 business days of receiving tracking information, depending on your location and the carrier.

Items may be delivered in multiple packages and delivered on different dates.

If tracking information does not generate for your Marketplace order within the time frame listed on the item’s product page, please reach out to our Customer Success Team for assistance.

Exceptions (not all-inclusive)

Some furniture, mattresses, large TVs & appliances are delivered via freight shipping. Once your freight item ships, you will receive a tracking reference number from Perpay and our freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date and time. This process usually happens 1-2 weeks after your first qualifying direct deposit is made.

Items shipped via freight delivery (please see individual product delivery details), in addition to all Ashley Furniture products, are unavailable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping surcharges may apply to small parcel orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

We are not able to ship Marketplace orders to US territories or Puerto Rico.

Customers are not authorized to alter delivery instructions in any way.

If altered, Perpay and the carrier are not liable for any loss, claim, liability, or damage of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, UPS My Choice and FedEx Delivery Manager.

Once a Marketplace order enters the shipping process, we cannot alter the shipping address or delivery instructions. For more details, please visit our Terms & Conditions.
