You can make changes to your Marketplace Order at any time before it enters the shipping process.
All changes to Perpay Marketplace Orders require a new Marketplace Order application to be completed and are subject to review by our Approvals Team.
To edit your Marketplace Order:
Cancel the current Marketplace Order through the ‘Orders’ section of the Marketplace tab within the Perpay Dashboard.

Shop and add the new items you would like for your Marketplace order to your cart.
Complete the new Marketplace Order for your desired items.
Please know that once the shipping process has begun, orders are unable to be cancelled/edited.
Any credits applied on the original order will become available on your account once cancelled and will automatically apply to your next qualifying order. You do not need to take any additional steps to use these credits.
Common Credit Scenarios: • If your order exceeds your spending limit and you need to cancel it, the credits from the original order will still be returned to your account. • When placing a new order within your spending limits, the credits from the canceled order will automatically apply to your next eligible order.
Helpful Tips: • Make sure the credits applied to your next order abide by the current spending limit to avoid delays or additional cancellations. • If you're unsure about your credit balance or spending limit, verify these details in your Perpay account dashboard.
