Process for making changes to your Marketplace Order once it’s been submitted

You can make changes to your Marketplace Order at any time before it enters the shipping process.

All changes to Perpay Marketplace Orders require a new Marketplace Order application to be completed and are subject to review by our Approvals Team.

To edit your Marketplace Order:

  1. Cancel the current Marketplace Order through the ‘Orders’ section of the Marketplace tab within the Perpay Dashboard.

    1. For more information on how to do this and what Marketplace orders are eligible for cancellation, see our Canceling a Marketplace Order article.

  2. Shop and add the new items you would like for your Marketplace order to your cart.

  3. Complete the new Marketplace Order for your desired items.

Please know that once the shipping process has begun, orders are unable to be cancelled/edited.

Any credits applied on the original order will become available on your account once cancelled and will automatically apply to your next qualifying order.
