Perpay occasionally offers coupon codes that can be applied during the Marketplace checkout process that reduce the balance of a qualifying Marketplace order. For specific terms regarding a coupon you may have received, please see the coupon terms in the email that came with the code.
How do I add the coupon code at checkout?
Go to your shopping cart and scroll to the bottom.
Right above the “Checkout” button, you will see the option to add a coupon code.
Enter the Coupon Code and click “Apply.”
After applying the code, a “Discount” section will appear, showing the amount subtracted from your Marketplace order total.
Confirm your Marketplace order details by clicking “Checkout”.
I can’t get the coupon code to apply, what do I do?
Here are some troubleshooting tips if you’re having trouble applying the coupon:
Does your item subtotal meet the coupon’s minimum required Marketplace order amount? The minimum amount required excludes shipping fees and tax.
Have you made sure you did not already use the coupon code on a different Marketplace order?
Are you checking out within the promotional event period?
If you answered “yes” to all three, please reach out to our Customer Success Team and include the 10-digit Marketplace order number you’re having issues with for our team to assist you!
What happens if I cancel the Marketplace order I applied the coupon code to?
Once you use the coupon code, it cannot be used again. If you’re still in the promotional period, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Success Team and we’d be happy to help see what we can do for you!
I forgot to add the coupon code at checkout. What can I do?
No worries! If the Marketplace order was placed within the promotional period, we may be able to add it for you if your Marketplace order qualifies! Please reach out to our Customer Success Team with the 10-digit Marketplace order number you would like to use the coupon code on.
What happens if the Marketplace order I place with the coupon code isn’t approved in the promotional period?
So long as the coupon code was applied during the promotion period, it will stay applied even outside of the promotional period. That said, if your Marketplace order is not approved, we would suggest placing a new Marketplace order within the promotional period and reaching out to our Customer Success Team to inform us of your situation so that we may investigate for you.
Can I use other Perpay Credits with a coupon code?
Any Perpay credits that are eligible to apply with the coupon code will automatically apply to your Marketplace order at checkout. There’s nothing additional you need to do 🙌
Perpay Credit Card rewards and any referral credits you’ve earned on your account, may also apply to a Marketplace order along with your coupon code. All other Perpay credits and coupons will apply to your next qualifying Marketplace order. For more information, please see our help center article on “Applying a Perpay Credit to Your Order.”
How do I find the 10-digit Marketplace Order Number?
Go to your “Marketplace” tab on your Perpay Profile
Click “Orders” > “View All”
The 10-digit Marketplace order number will be displayed next to the right of the Marketplace order date.
