Locate Account Activity and tap “View More” to see your previous payment history.
What do the different transactions in my Account Activity mean?
Direct Deposit - Your regular Direct Deposit payment will be recorded as a positive deposit into your account.
Perpay+ Payment - If you have opted into Perpay+, part of your first payment of each month will be allocated to the $3.00 subscription fee.
Marketplace Payment - This is how your payment has applied to your Marketplace balance.
Card Payment - This is how your payment has applied to your Perpay Credit Card balance.
Card Deposit - If you have made an extra payment on your Marketplace balance via a debit or credit card, this will show as a positive Card Deposit.
Bank Deposit - If you have made an additional payment on your Credit Card Balance via your bank account, this will show as a positive Bank Deposit.
How is an overpayment shown in my payment history?
In most cases, if you have an active balance, any amount above your minimum payment is applied to your outstanding balance to help pay down your balance more quickly.
If you have an overpayment, you will see the Marketplace Payment transactions in your Account Activity. This shows how the remaining portion of your deposit was applied to your balance.
To calculate an overpayment, subtract your minimum payment amount from the total payment received to your Perpay account. The difference between these two amounts is your overpayment.
If you would like to withdraw an overpayment from your account that has applied to your balance, please reach out to the Perpay Customer Success Team.
Can I request a statement of my payment history?
Yes! If you need a statement from us showing your payment history, please reach out to the Perpay Customer Success Team.
