How It Works
Place your order. Purchase your digital download just like any other item on Perpay. Your order will go under review with our Approvals team.
Get approved. Once your order is approved, we'll notify you via email and on your Perpay dashboard. You'll then set up your payroll direct deposit to make your first payment.
Make your first payment. Digital delivery is triggered by your first payment - not order placement or approval. Learn more about qualifying payments.
We process your order. Once your first payment is received, we send it to our fulfillment partner to generate your digital delivery.
You'll receive an email with your download instructions. This email will include your activation key/code and instructions on how to redeem it. Digital products are sent to the email address associated with your Perpay account. Please check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folder for the instruction email.
Redeem your code. Follow the instructions in your email to activate and download your product. Redemption steps vary by publisher/platform, so be sure to follow the link or instructions included in your specific email.
Delivery Time
Your download will be sent via email within 24 hours of your first payment. Digital products are sent to the email address associated with your Perpay account.
Most digital delivery emails arrive within a few minutes of your first payment. In some cases, delivery can take up to 24 hours, depending on the product and vendor processing times.
Gifting a digital download? Simply forward the download link to the recipient once it arrives.

Purchase Limits
Digital downloads are limited to one purchase per item, per customer.
Returns & Refunds
Digital downloads are final sale. Once a code has been issued, we're unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please double check your order details before completing your purchase.

Will I get a confirmation email right away? Yes, you'll receive an order confirmation shortly after checkout. Your download code and redemption instructions will follow in a separate email.
What if my code doesn't work? Reach out to our support team at hello@perpay.com or via chat with your order number, and we'll help resolve the issue.
Can I return or exchange a digital download? No - all digital download sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the code has been issued.
