Getting your items to you as quickly as possible is our priority. The items you order from the Perpay Shop are fulfilled by our network of distribution partners. Our items may ship from different locations and the carrier can vary based on the distribution partner. Our most commonly used shipping partners are UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

For larger items (i.e. furniture or large appliances), a freight carrier will be used for delivery & assembly.

We’ll send you notification via text and email when your order ships. You can view your order tracking information at any time through the Orders page on your Perpay Dashboard here.

Please note that we do not offer expedited or express shipping for any items. Some carriers require a signature upon delivery.
