White Glove Shipping details and expectations

Perpay offers White Glove Delivery for furniture, mattresses, large appliances & TVs. Expected delivery time for these products is 3-4 weeks from your first payment.

What does white glove delivery include?

  • Scheduled delivery appointment

  • Assembly is included if needed (TVs excluded)

  • Each item will be placed in the area/room you designate

  • All packing materials and trash will be removed from your home

  • Delivery does not include moving or disposing of your existing items

What to expect prior to delivery?

  • You will receive notification that our white glove delivery vendor has received your items. This notification will include all relevant details such as your tracking number and the appropriate contact information.

Who will deliver your furniture?

  • Our white glove delivery vendor will contact you once your items arrive at their local delivery terminal. Typically, they will be able to complete your delivery within 2 weeks of the time they contact you. Customers in remote or rural zip codes should expect a slightly longer timeframe for delivery.

Delivery preparation

  • Please arrange for an adult (over 18 years old) to be present when your delivery arrives.

  • In preparation for delivery, please remove pictures, decorations, accessories, etc. from your walls to prevent damage.

  • Also, please ensure that the area where you would like your items placed is free and clear of anything that may obstruct the passageway.

  • Please secure your pets, as delivery items can be large potentially dangerous when being moved.

  • The delivery team will place the furniture in your room of choice.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the ordered items fit within the designated location. This includes the pathway that the delivery team must take to bring the item to the room of choice (stairs, hallways, etc...)

  • Our delivery teams are not permitted to move your existing furniture, electronics, or other household belongings and cannot set up lamps, hang pictures or mirrors on walls, or make electrical connections for entertainment units.

Order Inspection

  • During delivery, please inspect your product thoroughly and report any issues to our delivery team so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Removal or relocation of existing items

  • We do not dispose of any items you no longer wish to keep. However, there are many nonprofit organizations that will gladly come to your home and pick up items such as furniture, appliances, electronics, etc. prior to your delivery at no charge.

**Please note: As we monitor nationwide COVID-19 guidelines, delivery restrictions may affect our ability to complete the full White Glove delivery experience. Services like product assembly, product placement, packaging removal, etc. may be affected.
