What to expect prior to delivery
You will receive a notification once our white glove delivery carrier has received your item. This notification will include relevant details such as your tracking number and contact information for the carrier.
Who will deliver your item?
Our white glove delivery carrier will contact you once your item arrives at their local delivery terminal. Typically, delivery can be completed within 2 weeks of initial contact. Customers in remote or rural zip codes should expect a slightly longer timeframe.
Delivery preparation
Please arrange for an adult (18 years or older) to be present at the time of delivery.
Ensure the area where the item will be placed is free and clear of any obstructions.
Secure pets, as delivery items can be large and potentially dangerous when being moved.
The delivery team will place the item in your room of choice.
Our delivery teams are not permitted to move existing furniture, electronics, or other household belongings and cannot hang items on walls or make electrical connections.
Order inspection
Please inspect your product thoroughly at the time of delivery and report any issues to the delivery team immediately so we can resolve them promptly.
If an issue is not reported before the delivery team leaves, we may not be able to guarantee a resolution.
