How do I refer my friends to Perpay?
From your Perpay dashboard, select the menu icon in the top right corner. From there, select the option that says "Earn $200" (shown in green below). You will find your referral code on that page.
You can also go straight there by clicking this link. Send that referral code to your friends and make sure that they use that code when signing up for Perpay so you both receive your credits.
Anything else I should know?
After referring a friend, the $200 referral credit will apply automatically to your next purchase of $300 or more after we receive your referral’s first direct deposit payment. If you have made a purchase with us before, it will automatically apply to your next order of $200.00 or more.
The $100 referral credit will become active on the referred friend’s profile after clicking the referral link and automatically apply to their next purchase of $250 or more.
Please note: Credits are stackable and are applied automatically. If you receive multiple referral credits, partial credit usage may result in some credit being lost. For example: If your order costs $50 and you have an applicable $100 credit, you will not get the remaining $50 back after that order is placed.
Referral credits are only valid within 30 days of the referred friend creating their Perpay account.

What should I do if I do not get the referral credit?
Great question! Please know that the customer referring a friend to Perpay will only receive their $200 credit once we have received the referred friend’s first direct deposit payment. Please first check in with them to see if they have made the first payment on their account.
If you believe you should have gotten credit on your account, please reach out to our customer success team via chat or through hello@perpay.com within 30 days of your referred friend signing up. Please be ready to provide the name and email of your referral. Our team would be happy to look into this for you!
