In the event that tracking shows your item has been delivered, but you have not received it, first check to see if it’s with your neighbors, front office, or other house residents.
If you still can’t find your package, please contact our Success Team within 30 days of the delivery date indicated on your shipment’s tracking page–we’ll file a lost and stolen claim on your behalf. We might also ask you to file a police report at this time. It can take anywhere from 3-10 business days for the claim to be accepted and resolved by the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).
If the claim is accepted by the carrier, we’ll ship you a replacement item and provide updated tracking via email ASAP.
