How to View and Update Your Personal Information on Perpay

Need to view or update your email address, phone number, or employment details? How to manage your personal information in your account.

Viewing Your Personal Information

To view your Personal Information while logged into your account:

  • Tap the three lines (menu icon) in the top-right corner of your dashboard.

  • Tap "View Profile".

  • From here, you can view your personal details.

Note: For security reasons, no two accounts can share the same personal information. Creating multiple accounts may cause login issues.


Changing Your Email Address

You can update your email address directly through your profile:

  1. Log in to your Perpay account.

  2. Tap the three lines (menu icon) in the top-right corner.

  3. Select "View Profile".

  4. Tap "Edit" next to your email address.

  1. You'll receive a verification code via your current email and phone number.

  2. Enter the code to confirm your identity.

  3. Enter and save your new email address by tapping "Save Changes".

Your new email will be reflected on your profile once saved.

Please know that you will be unable to update your email address to an email address that is already associated with a Perpay account.

If you are unable to log into your account to update your email address or experience any issues, please contact our Support Team — we’ll be happy to help.


Changing your Default Address

If you need to update your default address on your profile, you can do so from the “View Profile” section of your Perpay dashboard by clicking the “Edit” button next to “Default Address”.

Please know, your Perpay profile information is separate & does not affect individual orders. You are more than welcome to ship an order to your place of work, a relative/friend as a gift, etc, during the checkout process.


Changing Your Phone Number

You can update your phone number directly through your profile:

  1. Log in to your Perpay account.

  2. Tap the three lines (menu icon) in the top-right corner.

  3. Select "View Profile".

  4. Tap "Edit" next to your phone number.

  5. You'll first receive a verification code via your current email and phone number.

  6. Enter the code to confirm your identity.

  7. Enter your new phone number.

  8. Enter the code sent to your new phone number to verify ownership of the new phone number.

Your new phone number will be updated and reflected on your profile once verified.

If you are unable to log into your account to update your phone number or experience any issues, please contact our Support Team — we’ll be happy to help.


Updating Employment Information

If you've started a new job, reach out to us with the following details so we can update your profile:

  • Name of employer

  • Hire date

  • Pay cycle (e.g. Bi-weekly)

  • Date of your last payday

If your employer isn’t listed, it won't impact your ability to use Perpay as long as you're able to set up direct deposit.

To help us add your employer quickly, please also let us know:

  • Do you have access to your pay stub online?

  • Do you know the link to your employee portal?

  • Are you paid via direct deposit?
