Where to Find Your Shipping Address
- Go to the Orders tab on your Perpay dashboard. 
- You’ll see the shipping address listed under each order you’ve placed. 
Important: Updating your address on your Perpay profile will not change the shipping address for orders you've already placed.
Confirm Your Address at Checkout
- Shipping addresses are order-specific and confirmed at checkout. 
- To send your next order to a new address, update the shipping details during the checkout process. 
You can edit the shipping address any time before your order enters a "Current" status by cancelling your order and placing a new one to the correct address.
What Happens Once an Order Is "Current"
- Once your order is marked as Current, it means it has entered the shipping process. 
- At this stage, we're unable to guarantee address changes. 
- If there's an error, reach out to our Customer Success Team as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update the address with our distribution partner, but it depends on the item and shipping provider. 
Shipping Restrictions & Pick-Up Locations
- We cannot ship to PO boxes or mail carrier pick-up points. 
- If you want your package held at a pick-up location, contact the mail carrier after the item ships and request a hold at a convenient location.
