If you had a Marketplace account with us that you chose to deactivate but want to come back to Perpay, you can reach out to our Customer Success Team with the email associated with your account, and we’re happy to get you back up and running if possible.
Please note that you cannot reactivate your Marketplace account through your Perpay profile.
Deactivation
Need to deactivate your Marketplace account? Click View Profile & complete the following steps:
Open the Perpay app and log in to your account.
Navigate to the menu in the top-right corner of the screen and select "View Profile."
Scroll to the bottom of your profile and click "Cancel My Account."
Follow the prompts to select your reason for deactivation. This step is required to complete the process.
If your Marketplace account is eligible for cancellation, your account will automatically be deactivated, and you will lose access to your Perpay profile, including your Spending Limit, order history, etc.
Note: Deactivating your Perpay account will not prevent funds from being received to your account if they have been set up. When deactivating your account, please ensure that you have turned off your allotment to Perpay with your employer or through your payroll portal. Perpay will be unable to complete this on our end.
You will not be able to deactivate your Marketplace account if there is an outstanding balance, an active cash balance, or any unresolved issues.
