If you have a Perpay Marketplace account and a Perpay Credit Card account, as issued by Celtic Bank, we will inform you of the total required payroll direct deposit transfer amount to cover both active Marketplace orders and to keep your Perpay Credit Card active.

You only need to have one payroll direct deposit transfer to Perpay to cover both active Marketplace orders and your Perpay Credit Card. As long as your direct deposit transfer amount is set up for the total required direct deposit amount or higher, you're all set!

Your required payroll transfer amount for the Perpay Credit Card is what you are required to send to Perpay through direct deposit each pay period to keep your credit card active. This amount may be different than the minimum payment amount identified on your monthly billing statement.

Making only the minimum payment amount as identified on your monthly billing statement may be less than the required transfer amount. If your required transfer amount is not received by your payment due date, then your credit card may be suspended until a qualifying direct deposit transfer is made.

Your direct deposit transfer amount for the Perpay Marketplace is what you are required to send to Perpay through direct deposit each pay period to remain eligible to access the Marketplace.

Your direct deposit transfer amount is based on the total balance across all orders and the repayment schedule you selected for each order.

Perpay Credit Card Shipment

Your Perpay Credit Card is prepared for shipment once we receive the total required payroll direct deposit transfer amount assigned to you.

Perpay Marketplace Shipment

Your order(s) is prepared for shipment as soon as we receive the total required payroll direct deposit transfer amount assigned to you, with certain orders eligible for different shipping options upon setting up your payroll payment.
