After your order gets approved, here’s what will happen:
Your order begins preparing for shipment as soon as we receive your first payroll payment on your next payday, with certain orders eligible for different shipping options upon setting up your payroll payment.
Tracking information will become available within the timeframe listed on your item’s product details page. For most items, tracking is available within 3-5 business days.
Once your order ships, delivery usually occurs within 3-5 business days of receiving tracking information, depending on your location and the carrier.
Shipments may be delivered in multiple packages and delivered on different dates.
You can find the specific shipping time frame for an item on the Perpay Shop product page below the product name. If tracking information does not generate for your order within the time frame listed on the item’s product page, please reach out to our Success team for assistance.
Exceptions (not all-inclusive)
Some furniture, mattresses, large TVs & large appliances are delivered via freight shipping. You will receive a tracking reference number from Perpay and our freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date and time, usually 1-2 weeks after your first payment has been made.
We are not able to ship orders to US territories or Puerto Rico.
Items shipped via freight delivery (please see individual product delivery details), in addition to all Ashley Furniture products, are unavailable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping surcharges may apply to small parcel orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Next-generation consoles such as the PS5 and Xbox S have a shipping timeframe of 6-8 weeks.
