How do I add the coupon code at checkout?
Right under the ‘Checkout’ button, you will see the option to add a coupon code.
Go to your shopping cart and scroll to the bottom.
Right below the “Checkout” button, you will see the option to add a coupon code.
Enter the coupon code "ONEDAY26" and click “Apply.”
After you apply the code, a “Discount” section will appear, showing the amount subtracted from your Marketplace order total.
Confirm your Marketplace order details by clicking “Checkout.”
What happens if I cancel the Marketplace order I applied the coupon code to?
Not to worry! If you cancel the Marketplace order containing the coupon code, you will be able to use the ONEDAY26 coupon code again at checkout on your next qualifying order during the promotional period.
I forgot to add the coupon code at checkout, what do I do now?
If your Marketplace order was placed within the One Day Sale promotional period and it has not yet been processed for shipping, we ask that you cancel your current order and apply the coupon code during checkout when placing the order again.
If your order was placed during the promotional period and has been processed for shipping, don't worry. Please reach out to our Customer Success Team with the 10-digit Marketplace order number you would like to apply the coupon code on. Our team would be happy to assist you with the next steps!

I can’t get the coupon code to apply. What do I do?
Here are some troubleshooting tips if you’re having trouble applying the ONEDAY26 coupon code:
Does your item subtotal meet the $200.00 minimum required on the Marketplace order amount? Note: the minimum amount includes shipping fees and tax.
Have you made sure you did not already use the coupon code on a different Marketplace order?
Are you checking out within the One Day Sale promotional period?

I have credits on my Perpay account. Can I stack those on top of the One Day Sale coupon code?
All Perpay credits that can be applied on top of the ONEDAY26 coupon code will automatically apply to your order at checkout. There’s nothing additional you need to do.
Credits eligible to be applied alongside the ONEDAY26 coupon include: Perpay Credit Card rewards, referral credits you’ve earned on your account, and any overpaid funds in your account balance.
All other Perpay credits and coupona will apply to your next qualifying order.
What happens if the Marketplace order I place with the coupon code cannot be shipped or is canceled outside of the One Day Sale promotional period?
Please reach out to our Customer Success Team with your 10-digit Marketplace Order Number to let us know of your situation so that we can look into it further.
If I return the order that I applied my One Day Sale coupon code to, will I receive the coupon code back?
For all returns, please reach out to our Customer Success Team to let us know of your situation.
The coupon code can be applied to your replacement order only if the original order was returned for one of the following reasons:
Defective item
Damaged item
Wrong item received

It is outside the One Day Sale promotional period. Can I still apply the coupon code to my order?
Unfortunately, coupon codes applied to an order outside of the One Day Sale promotional period will not be accepted.
How do I find the 10-digit Marketplace Order Number?
Go to the “Marketplace” tab on your Perpay Profile
Click “Orders” > “View All”
The 10-digit Marketplace order number will be displayed to the right of the Marketplace order date.
