When will my first payment be made?

Payments at Perpay are made via payroll direct deposit. Direct deposit payments are aligned with your pay cycle (i.e. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.)

For example: Let’s say today is Tuesday, and your next pay day is on Friday.

If you place your order and set up your payroll payments today (Tuesday), you can expect your employer to send us your first payment on Friday*.

*Please note, each employer is different. For some payroll providers, changes may take up to 2 pay cycles before your payment is sent to us

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 days after we receive your first payment.* A more precise estimate for your item can be found on the product page (see image below). Based on your company’s payroll system, we may be able to ship your order before your first payment.

*Payments are aligned with your pay cycle and sent to us directly through your payroll provider

When will my order arrive?

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Delivery usually occurs within 3-5 business days of receiving the tracking number. Exact shipping times depend on your location and the carrier, so please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate delivery estimate.

Shipments may be delivered in multiple packages and delivered on different dates.

In rare cases, items may go out of stock before we receive your first payment, or are otherwise not processed in time to arrive by Christmas.
