Edits can be made to your order at any time before it enters the shipping process.
If you would like to edit the items on your order after it has been submitted for review, please contact our Success Team using our live chat with the following information:
the names of the product(s) you'd like to see added and/or removed
the associated Product ID #s (can be found on the product page under the item name)
Please know that we are unable to make any changes to your order once the shipping process has begun. If you notice an error on your order after the order begins processing, please reach out to our Support Team.
Any time-sensitive credits applied on the original order may not carry forward if the edit is being made after their expiration date.
