Canceling an Order

Changed your mind? Here’s how to cancel an order.

Self Cancelation

You can cancel an order at any time before it begins processing for shipment. If an order is “Pending” or “Order Approved”, you will be able to cancel your order on your own.

To cancel an order, click on the Orders tab in your Perpay profile. Find the order you wish to cancel and click "Cancel."

Select a cancelation reason to complete this process.

Once an order has been canceled, it will display as “Order Canceled” on your page (see below).

If you would like to cancel an order that is showing as “Current”, you will need to reach to our Customer Success team (see below).

Please note that items that have already begun processing for shipment can not always be canceled.

Make sure you are logged into your Perpay account and click here to reach out to our team.

Please note: if you are on the in-app messenger, you will need to select the 'Open in help center' to begin.
